Pushing, the second stage of labor, is a unique experience for everyone. Understanding what is happening in the birth canal and maintaining realistic expectations can be paramount in moving through this phase with confidence.
This is a sample of the many videos that I share with my clients throughout each phase of our labor preparation together. In addition to providing insight into everything from movement for pregnancy, to postpartum preparation and breastfeeding basics, I want my clients to become familiar with my voice, my communication style, and my experience in the delivery room so that they feel totally at ease when we come together in labor.
